By accessing or using VOXTRUM ("the Service") at voxtrum.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
VOXTRUM is operated by the VOXTRUM developer ("we", "us", "our").
2. Product Description
VOXTRUM is a browser-based, real-time audio analysis application for singers, vocal coaches, and music students. It visualizes the harmonic spectrum, waveform, pitch, vibrato, and Singer's Formant ratio using the Web Audio API.
VOXTRUM is offered in two tiers:
- Free (Simple): Available at voxtrum.app at no charge, no account required. Features the arc meter and basic controls.
- Pro: A one-time purchase that unlocks additional features (spectrogram, waveform panel, pitch timeline, vibrato detection, session statistics). After purchase, a license key is delivered instantly via Lemon Squeezy. The key is entered on the website and activates Pro features permanently in the buyer's browser. No subscription, no recurring charges.
3. License
Upon purchasing VOXTRUM Pro, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Pro features for your own personal or professional use.
- The license key is valid for one browser instance. Additional activations may be available subject to the terms at time of purchase.
- You may not sell, sublicense, share, or transfer your license key to any third party.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of VOXTRUM.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and features of VOXTRUM are the exclusive intellectual property of the VOXTRUM developer. All rights reserved.
The VOXTRUM name and logo may not be used without prior written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent the license key system or access Pro features without a valid license.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
- Distribute or publicly share license keys.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Audio analysis results are intended as educational tools for vocal training. They are not certified medical or diagnostic instruments.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the VOXTRUM developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Japan.
