VOXTRUM Pro is a digital software product delivered instantly via license key upon purchase. Because the product is non-physical and can be used immediately after delivery, our refund eligibility depends on whether the license key has been activated.
Purchase within 14 days and license key has not been activated.
License key has already been activated, regardless of time since purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase:
- Email: support@voxtrum.app
- Include your Lemon Squeezy order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Confirm that the license key has not been activated.
We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
Technical Issues
If VOXTRUM Pro is not working as described due to a technical issue on our end, we will make every effort to resolve the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be granted at our discretion even after activation.

Free Version
The free (Simple) version of VOXTRUM is available at no charge and is not subject to this refund policy.
